How to Buy a Season Pass
Step-by-step instructions for purchasing a Loup RFID* Season Pass.
*RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, is a technology that encodes digital data and enables
RFID-equipped cardholders hands-free access to lifts, reloading and reuse capabilities.
Select Pass Type (Individual or Couple) on the Loup Passes & Tickets Page
You will be taken from the Loup Passes & Tickets page to the Loup’s new eStore, where you can add other passes to your selection. Once you have added all of the passes you need, click the “Add to Cart” button.
Confirm Passes in Your Cart
Confirm the pass(es) in your cart and click the “Sign up” button to create an account (upper right corner). You’ll only have to do this once. For future pass purchases, you’ll click the “Log in” button instead to continue your purchase.
Create an Account
Complete the “Create an account” form and click “Register” button.
Continue Shopping or go to Checkout
You’ll be taken back to your cart where you can “Continue Shopping” (if you need to add another pass) or “Checkout.” Once in the checkout area, follow the instructions step-by-step through payment.

Assign Guests
Assign Guests to Passes
All RFID Passes must be assigned to a “linked” guest. Select one of the three choices shown below to “link” the first pass in your cart to an individual, following instructions provided. Do the same thing for each pass in your cart until all passes have been “assigned” to a linked guest.

Create new guest.

Choose a guest already linked to your account.
“Can’t find that guest you’re looking for?”
Search for a guest by Customer Code.
“Create new guest.”
Create, link and assign an account for each new guest you are purchasing a pass for. Repeat until all new guests have been assigned.

Agree to Loup Waiver
Follow the instructions to agree to and submit the Loup Waiver.
Add Billing Information
Make pass payment and upload pass photo(s).
Payment & Upload Photo
Enter Payment Method
Enter your credit card info. Click the box if you’d like to save your card details.
Complete Pass Purchase
Make pass payment and upload pass photo(s).
