Welcome to the Mountain Recreation Shop at the Loup, part of the Loup Loup Ski Education Foundation, a 501c3. Look for our yellow sign to get your Three Rs: Rental, Retail & Repair!
We’re open 8:30 AM – 4 PM any day the mountain is open. Please allow time for returning rental equipment.

Our rentals are fresh with a full line of skiing and snowboarding equipment for all ages and sizes. Comfort is here! Premium Rentals are available for all levels of rider at just a little more – representing four ski brands and Arbor snowboards.
Some things to know:
- Any minor under age 18 requires the signature of a parent or guardian on our Rental Equipment Liability Release form.
- Please allocate adequate time for fitting before a scheduled lesson.
- You can request rental gear online before your visit by using the Loup eStore. Complete a separate rental form for each person.
- We are not certified to service Atomic or Salomon Bindings.

*Ski packages include: skis, poles, boots and a helmet. Snowboard packages include: snowboard, boots and helmet. Due to limited inventory, Premium skis and Nordic ski packages are available on a first come first serve basis, and are not available online. Rentals are available for $20/hour.
The retail area is stocked with every essential and surprises too. Come in to replace a forgotten item or to shop for an upgrade.
We sell shirts, hats, socks, gloves, goggles, lip balm, sun screen, hand warmers, and other accessories you may need to enjoy a day on the slopes.
Don’t forget to check out our Loup swag, from hoodies to stickers with lots in between!
Repair in the back-shop is state of the art. New Montana brand equipment means faster tunes and in-and-out infrared waxes. We can repair that core shot with base replacement or correct an edge with our Wintersteiger ceramic edger.
Questioning your bindings? The Montana Jetbond can test its functionality for your safety.
Please note – We are fully accredited to service Look, Marker and Tyrolia manufacturer bindings, however we are not certified to service Salomon, Atomic or Armada bindings.
