• 12 Tribes Omak Casino Hotel Special •
The Loup has reserved 15 rooms at the 12 Tribes Omak Casino Hotel near the Agriplex for those who would like to avoid a drive home after the auction.
The rooms are at a deeply discounted price of $127.50. There are 11 rooms with king beds and 4 with double queens. If you have not melted into a fabulous bed at the Omak Casino Hotel, it’s time you tried it out!

• Event Registration •
Thank you for registering for this year’s Fall Fling! We are able to seat and serve 350 people comfortably and will stop taking reservations when we reach that number. Otherwise, registration will close on Wednesday, November 5th. Here’s what you need to know…
- This is a 21 and older event due to the serving of alcohol.
- The cost per person is $65. Prepaid table for 8 – $520, Prepaid table for 9 – $585, Prepaid table for 10 – $650.
- We strongly suggest that you and your guests register ahead of the auction. Check-in will take longer if you have not registered.
- You have some options when registering:
- INDIVIDUAL TICKETS – You can pay for individual tickets and let us seat you at an available table. You will want to purchase Individual tickets if you are just registering for yourself and a friend/spouse/significant other. If there are others you would like to be seated with, please indicate who they are in the field provided. If you would like us to assign you to a table just leave the field blank.
- NO-HOST TABLES – If you would like to create a table where everyone pays for their own seats, a No-Host table is the way to go. You will need to purchase at least one (1) Individual Ticket to set it up. In the field where it asks who you would like to sit with put in the name you would like for the table. Then let your friends know the name of the table that they can insert in the field where it asks who they would like to sit with. The largest table we can accomodate is 10 seats.
- HOSTED TABLES – If you would like to purchase a table, you may purchase a table for 8,9 or 10. We do not need to know who will be seated with you. Once you have registered, we will send you a link to send your table guests to fill out and they can register for themselves. The link will be specific to your table.
